Kyle Hager serves as Technical Manager for Dorman Group Holdings, supporting the firm's technical systems, digital tools, and data needs. He combines hands-on programming experience in Java, C++, and C# with research in AI ethics and decision-making logic, and a strong understanding of human behavior.
Kyle is an AI Ethics & Innovation Fellow with a faculty-led startup venture at The Catholic University of America, where he contributes to proof-of-concept evaluation of a novel logic system for ethical AI decision-making. He has also supported university research through data collection, participant coordination, and data analysis in Excel, and independently designed and built a Unity game prototype.
An entrepreneur from an early age, Kyle built and managed his own landscaping business serving about 30 recurring clients. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Psychology with a minor in Computer Science at The Catholic University of America (expected May 2027).
